Products and Services
3D Interiors specializes in the creation of custom-made furniture. Our services include
but are not limited to:
Designing and manufacturing custom furniture based on customer specifications.
Providing furniture consultation, design services, and delivery.
All products and services offered by 3D Interiors are subject to availability and may be
discontinued at any time.

 

Placing Orders
To place an order, customers must provide accurate and complete information
regarding the custom furniture item(s) requested.
We may require a deposit or full payment depending on the nature of the order.
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. This does not signify that the order is complete or accepted.
All custom orders are final once confirmed, and no cancellations or changes can be
made after production begins.

 

Pricing and Payment
All prices for products and services are listed in US$ and are subject to change without
notice. Payments can be made through the following methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer. Any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be added to the total price at the time of purchase.
Note: 3D Interiors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an error in
pricing, product availability, or payment processing.

Custom Furniture Design and Specifications
As part of our service, 3D Interiors offers custom design services. The customer must
provide clear and precise specifications for the desired furniture.
Once a design is agreed upon, any changes requested by the customer after the
production process begins may incur additional fees.
While we make every effort to ensure the final product meets the customer’s
specifications, 3D Interiors cannot be held liable for minor variations in materials or
color due to factors such as monitor settings, natural material differences, or
craftsmanship.
 

Delivery and Shipping
3D Interiors will arrange for the delivery of your custom furniture to the address provided. Delivery times will vary depending on the product and we will provide an estimated delivery date.
Transport fees may apply and will be communicated before payment is processed.

 

Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns
or provide refunds for custom-made furniture unless:

• The item is defective or damaged during delivery

• There is an error in the design that does not match the customer’s specifications as

agreed upon at the time of the order

• In cases where a refund, replacement, or repair is warranted, we will evaluate each case on an individual basis

 

Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, and content on the 3D Interiors website are the intellectual
property of 3D Interiors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other
intellectual property laws.
You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any of our content
without express written consent from 3D Interiors.

Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please
refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your
personal information.
 

Limitation of Liability
3D Interiors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use
our website, products, or services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to our products or services shall not
exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in question.

 

Force Majeure
3D Interiors is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under
these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control,
including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, natural disasters, pandemics, or changes in government regulations.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, we encourage you to first contact us directly to resolve the
issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding
arbitration and the decision of the arbitrator will be final.
